Jobri Ergonomic Chair Reviews

Image
The following review is not for an inversion table, but for an ergonomic chair.  For those who have never tried one, they are chairs that are made to strengthen the muscles of the back and promote proper posture.  For the Jobri Ergonomic chair review I have the pleasure of presenting Mandy, who by trade stands on her feet working in a dental office.  Here is her review, enjoy ! I am a  dental hygienist  who has to sit for long periods of time while I am at work.  I decided to look for an ergonomic chair after I realized that I had to stretch my back out every couple of hours.  I decided to go with the Jobri Ergonomic chair because it had worked well for a fellow coworker of mine. The Ergonomic Chair from Jobri allows you to vary the position tilting forward or backward.  The ergonomic chair design encourages your pelvis to stay in its natural position. Sunny Health and Fitness Inversion Table Review

Image
The following review is done from a 33 year old mother of four, Sarah Bisping.  Sarah decided to give a Sunny Health and Fitness Inversion Table review after purchasing this last October. After I gained forty pounds when I was pregnant with my fourth child, I started to experience some back pain.  The extra pounds had a negative impact on my lower back in addition to my joints and bones.  I chose the Sunny Health and Fitness Inversion table because I wanted to try out an inversion table without having to break the bank. So, I took myself off of the patch and found out that I was "hooked" and so I went through withdrawals to get off of it. My options as far as anyone can give me are constant pain or addiction. I don't like either of these choices but am at a standstill as to what I can do. All I want to do now is to create health for myself. Any ideas? Thank you so very much. C. M.   A:   Thanks to the 20th century physician, Rene Leriche, we now recognize chronic pain as a particular disease state different from other diseases. Who’d have thought it would take until the 1900’s to catch up to what Socrates knew as early as the sixth century B.C. E? He said, “there is no illness of the body apart from the mind” What was once a demeaning reference to psychosomatic illness, is now
